Early 20th Century brass rise & fall students candelabra

£0.00

A scarce four armed example of an Edwardian period rise & fall candelabra - often referred to as students candelabras due to the adjustable height of the candles to allow for better light when writing or studying. These candelabras are usually Dutch in origin and are usually double armed as opposed to having four. The position can be adjusted simply by twisting the turn screw one way to loosen the grip, then put the candles in the desired position and twist the screw the opposite way to lock them in place!
